Dear All,
This Monday, January 28th, we will gather to immerse ourselves in the wisdom of Eckhart Tolle. We will sit for 20 minutes of silence, then watch around 45 minutes of an Eckhart talk, then sit in silence again. 3107 Quennell Road at 4:00pm.

Wisdom Group and Self Respect

Dear All,

This Monday, January 21st, we will gather to support each other in integrating the 5 Agreements into our daily lives.

Each meeting we take turns picking a topic, this week the topic is: "I was born to perceive the truth. The truth leads me to my authenticity, to happiness, to a life that is very easy." and "I love and respect myself. I see my authentic self, and I love what I see. I see the magnificence of my presence. I see the  perfection in me, and this breaks any doubt that anyone else ever put in my head." ~ from The Fifth Agreement by Don Miguel Ruiz and Don Jose Ruiz
