Great advice but it gets dull when someone is constantly saying the same things over and over again then you wonder if you should take them personally.
I work with this guy that still teases me about my mistakes I made when I first started the job. I mean come on that was seven months ago now. find something new to tease me about. Or say something to me other than this or that...
