Believe in yourself, that's the key.
Yeah, I think the "not believing" part is about the stories we tell ourselves...the critical voices, the judgments based on the past ect. and in that way, our True Self can surface and trust that.
we are all story tellers....
we often judge other people but mostly we judge ourselves....
