Wow so true. But some of us its harder to forgive for things we have done or things that have been done to us. But I like those words of wisdom though.
If people took the chance to just try this idea...they would feel relief I am sure. Forgive and move on...and evena bad person...just keep them out of your energy for the rest of the time and do not focus on their negative attitude.
Good observation about energy.
I think miracles can start happening because of the freed up energy.
