Heaven on Earth

The topic for the Tuesday evening group, is:
"Be Impeccable with your word.
Enjoy heaven on earth. Impeccability of the word can lead you to personal freedom, success and abundance. You can attain the kingdom of heaven from this one agreement.
Be impeccable with your word."

For Thursday, we are looking for a volunteer to step forward and pick the topic.

peace and love

I just thought I would comment right off the bat with the thought that being impeccable with your word means Never going against yourself.
Miguel gives this definition in his book The Four Agreements(the first and most important agreement)
"Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love."

yes... and sarcasim. I find that one a hard habit to break. Sarcasim is also about crossing boundaries and when I learnt that and paid attention to it I see that there is meaning behind my sarcastic remarks. And sarcasim is definately not " using my word in the direction of truth and love".

Awareness and practice.Awareness and awareness and practice and more practice.

Welcome twalkin gal,
It has been very interesting observing myself or should I say the program that is running right now.
Practice is the way and to always to be loving and gentle with myself. I have layers to go.
Hi orhan,
I haven't heard from you in awhile!
I would love to read your thoughts on perception and human obligation.

I hate gossiping. I dont mind mentioning that someone is doing this or that but I hate when people start just talking out their buts for no reason about someone. My mother thinks I am a strange goose for not gossiping. She says all girls love to gossip. Not me. I just sit there and nod like I am listening at that point. Where can we get this book from? I would like to take a closer look at it. It sounds interesting.
