Its home. My neighbour/drum teacher finished making my drum!I asked him to make it out of the lightest weight wood and to have a fluffy skin.
I did the painting myself. I like colour.
I named the drum, "White Bunny"
What I cannot convey to you here, with the written word is the sound of the drum. Its incredible! It has a big booming base and sharp high notes as well.

Tanya, I am a complete baby when it comes to drumming. I think its pretty inspiring that Kate made her own drum kit.
Well... She bought the drums and just had me paint flames on them. She's been adding cimbals and other knick knacks. She loves her drum kit. In our house, her drumkit is affectionately known as her "girlfriend". She even carries a picture of it in her wallet. Shows you where I stand, eh? haha
I didn't get my drum yet....may have to find one for myself. A goal for 2007! And I know who to go to if I have questions! :)
