I was introduced to Byron Katie's book,"Loving What Is", a couple of years ago.
I have since acquired the audiobook,
Which I reccomend above the written
book, because hearing Katie's voice is
transformative in itself! And then her
book, "I Need Your Love, Is That True?"
She has a great website full of free info.
